The sad thing is how trained/conditioned men are to please and serve women. Most men just follow that path. It's laid out by biology, society, the media, and religion.

I think of it as a spiritual/psychological accomplishment, to have become aware of all the programming and escaped from it. That takes a lot of self-awareness, courage, and perseverance.

Just look at the faces and bodies of men with wives and hot girlfriends when out in public. Dead eyes, dad bod, soy arms, bird chest, thin hair, etc. They are being drained of their life force all for the holy grail of being able to have sex, which never satisfies.
