I've recently started dating, at the age of 33, after over six years of being single, and 4 years before a slight live in girlfriend that I took on to help distract me from a friend's suicide. My goal now is to see if I can find someone suitable or stable enough to have kids with, as I have wanted them since I was 18, and feel this is my prime time to do so, as I'll need to add a year or more in getting to know that lady before a baby is a logical option.

I've been having a hush relationship with a girl who is below my status, and because of that as well as my character and capacity, she clings and does everything for me, plus I only have to visit her once every other week as she's an hour away, but I recently broke it off because I am not thoroughly interested in her, the wasted my time with neediness and she has an autoimmune issue at the age of 30, so there will be no children in her future, as well as other unattractive lazy behaviors I had to spend energy to slowly verbally manipulating out of her, for her own good.

Instead I recently went on two dates with a new girl who I have everything in common with, the first date was amazing and simple. I am taking it slow and staying on my pre-dating projectory, but she texted me back two days later as she couldn't wait a week to run into me again. But the second date she barely looked into my eyes, she told me about a friend she was having over to work on her property, and begrudgingly murmured that it was a guy. Her body language was frequently distracted, glancing at her phone, and as I was starting to lean in (which I had planned to not kiss her but instead tease the idea and ask her if she wanted to go to a different location) she immediately paused the date and said it was about time for her to go. All signs point to him being a fk buddy from the past, right? and I slipped my unshakeable male policy by teasing her about "it's time to go hangout with the next boy", which upset her enough to say she can have friends too. She proceeded to act super sultry as we walked to the car, grabbing for my arm slightly, leaning on my truck in a flaunting way, but I'm not convinced it was for me, I now assume she was changing gears for the next guy, I just happened to be there.

Anyway, I don't have many males in my life to ponder this over with, but everytime a girl comes onto me, I generally give her pause and eventually she will pull a male from another city to spend an evening with her. Am I crazy to give this girl an ounce of trust and time to see how this pans out? She gestured to me about children, has her own farm properties, and is 28 years old and very fine looking, but her few grey hairs tell me she is inched from the wall. The plan of attack would be to force her into marriage before kids as I'm religious, so I'd at least walk away with one of the properties.  Ever since I met her the optimistic notion helped motivate me to fully come out of a deep burnout I had been in from working 14 hours a day for month this year trying to keep up with the virus demand of my farm products.  This is the part I think I'm having the hardest time letting go of, I have a tendency to be optimistic and daydream about trusting someone long into my life, but I've never witnessed any tinge of loyalty.  The autoimmune girl was the most loyal I've ever met, but I know it was because she saw what I could do for her more than my being.  Overall the hardest part is coming out of being convinced of staying single, finding a glimmer of hope, then realizing it's the same game and I'm bound to lose one way or another.  It's hard but staying single for good to be a steady individual cannot be beat by the short highs and long lows that women tend to bring about in me.

I've decided to drop the notion of dating her for my own sanity, I picked up the single mentality. I'll still see her once a week at market, but gauge it from there, as it's easy to tell if a woman has had sex recently, as their face will be more flush and sometimes oilier looking skin. ya know?  If we proceed to go on a third date I am going to lay out what I am looking for in a relationship, and that I hold no jealousy of her seeing a guy friend, but instead am weary of women's behaviors and how I wasn't going to throw away years of avoiding women for some two faced behavior.  What do you all think? how would you proceed. I know Mgtow is woman avoidance period, but I don't feel i'll be content late in life without a child to pass my life skills onto. Though I've thought about adoption, or merely a big brother program.

Thank you Guys!
