Man that's how it goes in life. For everyone. If you want more friends, the best way to do that is to join a club or society that has a common interest. Then you're sharing time with like-minded people focused on a common goal. And in that is where you can find comraderie if that is what you're wanting.

I’m in the same exact boat. I’m in my early 20s. I’m starting to get used to it now but last week I wasn’t feeling to good about bein lonely. I just learned to accept it. I just keep working and going to the gym. We are all in this together

The first two years are the hardest. After that year by year you start to enjoy the quiet. As others have said ... hobbies and interests.

You will meet other MGTOW and other RPs along your path that ease the burden but ultimately it's a solo flight.

The reason you are feeling lonely is that you have nothing special going on right now. You have two options:

1)Start a build a business and go all in. You will be so busy that you won't even have time to masturbate.

2)You don't care about business and just want some friends. In that case, go out as much as possible and learn to talk to people you don't know. Go travel if you have money.

That being said, it's not about having friends but about having quality friends. When you are confident enough, you can make friends anywhere you want. The question is: Is it really worth it?

Hobbies dude. Get into hobbies that interest you, go to forums where you can talk to people with the same hobbies and attend meetups for people involved in those hobbies.

Its not easy to make new friendships as an adult. I would say that loneliness is only one stage, but you will overcome it.

I also started to love doing and enjoying things by myself. Going to a Cafe and reading a nice book, travel, taking a walk in the city.

We are brainwashed by media and society that we have to be constantly with a group of "friends", but the truth is, real friendships are very rare.

Give back to young men. Volunteer to coach sports. Lots of young men in youth sports have NO male role models except for sports.

Loneliness is the reason why I didn’t go MGTOW earlier in life that’s when I realized why I was feeling that way, we are social animals there’s no denying that but the part that is important to realize is that MGTOW doesn’t mean loneliness it’s just to make better choices, the kind of choices that are actually beneficial for you, seek out the root of what is making you feel bad and start sorting the issue one step at a time, if you need a hand I’m sure there’s many of us willing to help a friend.
