I automatically assume everything a woman says to be a lie for the same reason I assume everything Trump says not to be taken too seriously.

The fact that all of human history worldwide humans had known that this is just how women are, makes it astounding to me how we could have forgotten such a simple fact. And now we live in a dark age, where so much important information has been lost and is disregarded as mysoginistic because some fascist ideology told us to.

All these false, romantic notions about women only started developing throughout the middle ages. We live in a re-iteration of the middle ages, where desinformation is the dominant epistasis for our knowledge base.

I was accused of rape.

It was I was in low point in my life working a low wage job, had bad credit, and just moved out of my ex girlfriends place. So the only place I could stay at way those weekly efficiency hotels, I think it was 150 per week and came with a bed and a very small kitchen.

One day I notice the next room over door kept on closing all hours of the night. They're metal doors so you can hear them close especially at night. So one day I get a detective from the local police dept. knock on my door and asked for my information. So I gave it to him and then he informed my of the claim that I raped one of the girls next door. (I really don't recall the whole conversation because it was over 15 years ago plus the shock from it). So he took one look at me and told me that he'll keep in touch. Never heard back from him.

I think my saving grace was the place I was living in was frequented by both the police, drug dealer and prostitutes. I think the Detective knew the prostitutes where lying and /or gave a false description of me because they only operated at night so I never seen them.

I can only imagine if I was charged with rape and how my whole life could have changed. And to think my life rested in the hand of one detective split moment decision.

People are evil. Women are people. Ergo, women are evil. Evil is part of human nature, and false accusations have existed so long and have been so common that not bearing false witness is literally one of the Ten Commandments. That means this shit has been going on since at least the Bronze Age, and probably since man could first talk.

This is why innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt is the most important principle in justice regardless of the crime. Furthermore, those who falsely accuse a person of a crime should bear the maximum sentence of the crime.

I'm not totally surprised, but 45% is shocking. To think that nearly half of any allegation would be false, and could completely destroy someone is enough to stoke a fire of hatred against the group that makes these false allegations. Best to avoid like the plague and never become involved with the group, since mental illness is so rampant.

I work in a jail now, and I've seen grown men cry because of someone vindictively adding a rape claim to whatever other charges this same woman had previously made. I know nothing of his case at all, but just knowing that they were added later, well after physical evidence could be collected, is highly suspect.

After having seen first hand how vindictive, malicious, and pure evil women can be, I have learned to doubt anything one says in the realm of rape, abuse, and so on. Women lie, constantly. Being a victim is now used as a weapon of power, if it wasn't always, and the scales of justice are being tipped towards the evidence free emotional side when judgements are being made.

Hopefully, one day there is strong push back, but I think when that day comes, it will be far more severe and "patriarchy" than any of these feminists would ever, ever dream of. The sort of backlash against women's rights and progressive advances which ends up making the 1950s look like the 1990s, or the Victorian era look like a time of sexual liberation and independence for women. I prefer a return to balance, and fairness, but I see the anger brewing and we know how pendulums seem to swing.

the polygraph is doesn’t have scientific validity ( source US congress office of technology assessment). Is very likely that the blood pressure, pulse, respiration, etc peak when someone remember a traumatic experience. And about disproval there is necessary to have in mind that coercion to force someone to have sex, have sex with someone that can give the consent because is drunk/drugged, oral/anal penetration, penetration with objects, etc is not considered rape in all countries/states ( I won’t even go into marital rape that lots of countries refuse to consider a crime). And lastly but not less is not rare that the family and close people to the victim, protect the rapist, and force the victim to said that she made a false accusation, that happened to my aunt when she tried to bring to justice he men that sexually abuse her for 9 years since she was 8 years old. ( her mother was raped, too. And my mother suffered 3 rape attempts) And maybe you should read this men are more likely to be raped than falsely accused of rape

The conviction rate for sexual offenses, including rape, of is ~ 2% in the U.S., according to RAINN. In the UK, the government recently said they attempted prosecutions on only 1.7% of sexual offense accusations. All of these numbers stand as a percent of officially "recorded" offenses. The number reported to LEC is, from my research, as much as 2x as high.
