How does it make you feel, to interact with her? I know you like the validation and attention -- no harm in that, we're wired to like it. Not shaming you at all for that.
But beyond that, how do you feel about yourself, while you're interacting with her, and afterwards? Does it diminish your self-respect? Do you feel any sense of being weak or wimpy? Do you have any feeling of being used or manipulated? If you feel any of that, that is a bad sign.
If you do feel any of that, then the next step is to figure out whether it's worth the trade-off. Is the mood or ego boost you get from female validation worth the downside?
