MGTOW is just basically about self-ownership over your own life without the need of approval from other people, whether men or women. If NoFap works for you in going your own way, then do it. Don't let people here or anywhere else tell you otherwise.

I did NoFap awhile back and it did certainly help me. I need to go back to it again.

I do nofap. I don't actually like porn. Not because I'm white knighting for the "actresses", I just find it in poor taste; whacking off to watching another man plough some girl. It's voyeuristic. I think there's definitely some truth to the stories about increased energy and focus, I think abstaining just leads to an overall healthier brain.

You can do whatever you want. GYOW. For me though, I don't want to cede that kind of enjoyment along with women. To me, it's akin to giving women all the power over your sexual fulfillment. I don't want to give women that power, and I want to enjoy myself. I find it to be harmless and natural.
