Happened across TheSkonz’ recent post about being MGTOW, and made me decide to post this, as, this is the kind of content I like to see, and wish MGTOW could have had, your story is the essence of what MGTOW should be like. Personally I have a GF and am very happy, but I don’t think dating is for everyone, I feel like this girl is different, ( I’m obviously keeping an eye out) but all is going well. The issue I think, as I see it, is that “most women are like that”, I definitely see that as a product of the system we live in: coming out of a society where women were unable to support themselves and so romance was being able to demonstrate how financially capable you were in order to support them. Feminism has done a lot to tear down the restrictions from women, but it’s ignored (and understandably so) the influences which benefit women, I don’t see this as being an issue with women, but the way in which their thinking is shaped by the system they were brought up in. Obviously there are aspects which are biological which feed into this system; men being more outgoing and risk taking, women being more sensitive etc. I guess my belief is that men would act just as women act for the most part if men were encouraged or socially conditioned to be more like women are naturally and vice versa.

I’d like to hear your thoughts on this idea
