I'm single, live on my own, at peace, debt free and a home owner, and I date using apps. I just tell them I'm not looking for anything serious because I'm past the marriage and kids phase in my life. Most don't swipe right because they are looking for relationships (or they think they're looking for relationships), but I just filter those out and hang out with the ones that know they aren't ready for relationships; most of them are older than me, I presume that it's because women in their 30's still hope to find a family man.
