Being called "nice" is bad enough: it means that she sees you as a doormat, useful for removing the crud of the world from her feet. "Too nice" means that she doesn't even respect you for this service you provide and the fact that she is comfortable enough to actually verbalize this disrespect means she thinks she has you hook, line, and sinker landed.
