So I’ve noticed with this guy I work with, he makes racial and sexual jokes a lot. The sexual ones are funny because I’m a guy so I don’t care. But the racial ones kinda get to me. Anyone have suggestions on how to deal with people using race to put you down at work? Is this basically a racial shit test?
