What are your best practices for communicating with feminists in the workplace?

Limit communication to only job-related
Only use the simple words not open to "alternative" interpretations
Everything must be in writing via e-mail and with cc/bcc to your manager

P.S. If your own manager is a feminist, start looking for another job.

If management is feminist, you need to get out of there. They already harbor an agenda against you just for being male. Take your talents elsewhere to a company that understands the value of labor and doesn't sacrifice profit for ideology.

As for communicating with feminists the answer is don't. Never engage with a feminist in person. And if you are ever forced to talk to them remember to lie. And also don't tell feminists the same lie twice, keep them guessing and occasionally throw in the truth so that it gets confused in with all the lies.

Always remember that feminist have an agenda. They scheme in order to act out their anti-masculine ideology. Their intent is to screw you over as hard as they can and they placate their conscience by convincing themselves that they are doing it for your own good. Feminists convince their followers that screwing men over and undermining our masculine sense of self is for men's benefit. In their mind they think they are doing good and acting righteously like any religious zealot. Keep that in mind. They are convinced that they are doing good in the world even as they set it on fire.

Strictly professional, polite but not too polite to single out, treat same as everyone with good morals and ethics, always be cautious who are seen with, who is around and always imagine others hear you and see what you are doing at all times. Have same expectations from everyone and be clear about it

Its never worth losing job over, others see the same things you do. Don't understate others abilities to observe, they see it too. Don't overreact, keep calm and don't ever talk about colleagues as others will know. Cases can get legal and get expensive very quick

This has happened to me as well several times, she is , hard-core lesbian and butchy, sensitive of EVERYTHING. First, have nothing against lesbians and some at work are friends. She wanted help but had not done her part first, asked her to do it and would be happy to help after. She went crazy, talked to directors, all managers, friends for consultation, supervisors. I didn't even know until a buddy told me. Managers, director's, supervisors knew and never heard anything about it. She got talked to because has been overly nice ever since.

B. If engaged In conversation, sprinkle about 5% of my actual thoughts in at a time to test the waters. People usually get defensive just over that. I'd they are receptive and want to hear more, I may use a disclaimer that I'm still a work in progress, "but this is what I've been thinking about lately". That will lead into a great area of hypotheticals where you can introduce ideas in a safe environment.

I generally don't. The work keeps a pretty decent pace, so I can just focus mode if I ever meet one. I work in a tire plant and the tires get up to ninety pounds, so I don't meet many women who legit believe the feminist bullshit.
