as someone who dropped out due to severe depression, I advise that you take a while to think about exactly what it is that you want to do before putting any effort in to pursue it. there's no harm in waiting for a couple of years before making that decision while you recover, although I appreciate bi polar is not at all the same as depression.

Any of those sound good. It depends what you want to get out of your job. If it's just money, take anything. If you want to fulfill yourself, none of those. Why? If any of those jobs meant more to you than just making money, you would have a clear winner, one job that would be your dream job.

I would keep working and researching different jobs until you find one that you like more than any of your current choices.

Before you decide what area you like, take the Myers-Briggs test. It will give you SOME idea of what kind of personality you have. Yes, I know, it is not perfect, but it is a good start. Plenty of websites online that have this test for free, so google it.

Once you know what kind of personality, google "jobs for ISTJ's" or whatever personality type you have. Then you can see which jobs you may be interested in and other candidates for your major.

You didn't say where you are. If you're in the USA, remember, there are virtually no entry level jobs that require no experience. So you'll wind up going to school, studying whatever, and then get rejected for not having experience. The catch-22 will lead you with six tons of student loans and working a Mcjob. So be careful!

Now let's analyze the three majors.

Accounting

There is one federal government agency that is hiring loads of auditors this year so that's your best hope if you study accounting. They give you a 40 hour week and good time off.

Computer Science

What exactly are you planning on doing with this degree?

If you manage to get into software development, you better learn a popular and in-demand language, such as Java, Python, etc. Developers tend to get hyped into the stratosphere and are in demand, so make sure you build up a good github. If you want to get into a non-dev role (i.e. BA, QA, PM, UX, etc.) there are none of those jobs that require no experience.

CyberSecurity

Yes, people are saying this is a hot field - but there are no entry level cybersecurity jobs that require no experience, so there's no way for people to get in.

e-commerce

You don't need a degree in this to make things happen, you could make this a part time gig on the side. But you have no capital, so this will be very limited - but as you make profits and save money from your day job, you can make this more profitable.

Choose something you like, that is first and foremost. I would stay away from anything computer based. That trend is winding down. AI will continue to simplify most tasks over the next few decades. Twenty years ago learning HTML was a very valuable skill. Now a five year old can drag and drop a website. Same with accounting programs, design/architectural programs, route analysis, Geographical Information, taxation, ect. Not only has software reduced the number of people needed to complete the job, AI is now analyzing, scripting and operating them. Programming customization is often outsourced to a more cost effective location other than Europe or North America. Medical care will remain constant as will loaning money to consumers. Selling food, fixing homes and cars and caring for the old or infirm will continue until robots have advanced enough to do this - not for another century. Your wealth exceptions coupled with your natural abilities and skill set will determine your career path. Choose wisely and be prepared to switch thing up in case of unexpected circumstances. Same with all of life's choices: be smart, realistic and flexible.
