Hello everyone, I'm looking to add two new mods. One will manage the article request thread and debate posts. The other person will help me to moderate the general sub by reviewing posts to ensure that they are compliant with the sub rules.

1) What timezone do you live in? What hours do you normally reddit? How many hours a week do you normally use reddit?

2) Where have you moderated before? Also, what did you like most about it?

3) What does Male_Studies need to change?

4) Which rule in r/Male_Studies is your least favorite and why?

5) A post goes up and your gut says that it breaks the rules but you’re not sure which rule it breaks. What do you do?

6) Why is rule 4 important? Should there be exceptions made? If so, what?

7) Why is rule 8 important? Should there be exceptions made? If so, what?

8) What should the role of moderators be? Should moderators “let the upvotes decide”?

9) What do you consider to be a bannable offence?

10) You’re a new mod and you see another mod make a banning that you don’t think is justified. What do you do?
