So I was just reading (The Rational Male is really good. Dude is a dyed-in-the-wool psychologist and sociologist) like normal and out of nowhere was startled by a realization: I've never really felt comfortable "in my own skin" until now (i.e. post unplugging). So much anxiety gone!

Also an update. Everything is going so well it's almost scary. This subs' advice to make known my expectations for wife and to have patience were put into practice to extremely good effect. Turns out the bumps in the road were PMS (admitted by her, unsolicited, in a conversation not related to any argument). Track that cycle! /u/Strategos_Autokrator recommended 'Clue' for iPhone and Android.

Any noobs with any questions, please ask. I'm recently unplugged and conversational.
