Ok, So some time ago a friend put the book "No More Mr. Nice Guy" in my hands and ... HOLY shit. It revealed how much work I've got to do. Anyway, I read through that book twice then got "Married man's sex Life Primer", then found u/bluepillprofessor 's YouTube channel, which in turn lead me to "The Rational Male". This whole process started a while ago, and I've made plenty of headway in many ways. However, I've got one major sticking point which I just can't wrap my head around.

I'm serious. All of these books go into great detail about shit tests and how to pass them. I've recognized them a gazillion times over in my buddies' wives but NEVER in my own. Our relationship feels more like a business partnership. Everything with her is very direct and matter-of-fact. Is this possible? Am I blinded by being too close to the situation?
