Individuals are unique in regards to their past experiences. Some girls come from families and have experiences that lend them to desiring that type of treatment/control from their Man.

My wife for example is very submissive. She isn't a weak bitch, but she turns to me for guidance and follows my lead.

If I said, Bitch are you crazy it wouldn't work for her because that's not the leadership she needs. If I said that she would ask what my problem was or she would begin to implode with thoughts of Am I being crazy? Why does he think I'm crazy, etc.

There's no belt system in RedPill/Masculine living. I understand your desire for something to be structured like a ranking system, but that's not how it works.

Aggressive behavior comes across as 'Fake' masculinity as it is instilling fear and not respect from your woman.

Frame is not the same as having no emotions. It is making sure your emotions work towards your vision. It is ok to let them see the lion, just a glimpse, controlled. Let the hamster do the rest. This is super powerful

Decades ago this might have been a slap in the face, but now a days, that can get you to jail, and women exploit that. If you end up in jail, it doesnt' help your vision, so be mindful.

Something important is that often we mask fear with anger. That is weak. This happens a lot when we are insulted and we feel insecure, so we insult and yell back. That feels good, but it comes out as weak. Similarly, bullying isn't alpha, it is beta because it masks fear with anger.

Often enough just having good posture, squaring your shoulders, projecting your voice, and just sending a simple short message with your words, tone, voice, body, gestures and action is all you need. Sometimes doing that, and laughing at her, and walking away and leaving for the night is enough to let her hamster spin.

Own your emotions. CHannel them towards your vision.

Not if your frame is that of a hothead. Your frame is YOURS and yours alone and there is a time for losing your temper. There is a time for looking at your SO like she is crazy to think you would tolerate that kind of behavior. The word is not OI or Frame, it is "Amused Mastery."

Big difference between fear and respect. MRP get your woman to respect you, to want to be with you because you are the prize.

If someone has to instill fear to gain what appears to be respect it is actually extreme bluepill behaviour, like the schoolyard bully.

The thing I've learned from martial arts is there's 50 billion ways to handle a roundhouse or straight punch (and at higher levels a thousand more for any attack) , the one you pick is how you're positioned , and the situation and when you're really good at it...the way you want.

Apply to shit-test/disrespect.

Sometimes you may need to just be stoic (caught off guard).

May need amused mastery or agree amplify (relaxed , social setting in front of peers)

May need a put-in-place (out of whack, social setting)

The trick is muscle memory. You train in the dojo , you practice at home so that if you get caught off guard in the street you can defend yourself appropriately. This is the dojo. Practice at home with the soft balls, really maintaining IDGAF attitude. When you go out, you react.

Hone the few skills you can get up to par the fastest for being out in the field. If it's stoicism or ignore.... really practice that so you can be prepared faster. All of the toolsets here work better than beta knee-jerk responses. Work to your strengths.

At the top tier of alphaness you have a guy that's like a mafia don. Calm, collected, a will of steel, expects everyone to play by his rules. He's not going to lose his temper; but he is certainly not scared to apply consequences.

That's the ideal. My guess is that many "natural alphas" have high testosteron levels that make them very "red pill" in many ways, but it also makes them prone to losing their temper and that is not a great alpha move.

Whatever attraction these guys get, it is from the other stuff they do that is actually alpha. In isolation, aggression is a minus alpha minus beta move.
