I'm 6 months into a relationship and I'm already getting accused of being 'posessive', 'controlling' and wanting to know where she is all the time.

I realise I'm heading down for a hard time if I continue some behaviors but it got me thinking, where is the line between acceptable behavior from women and your possessiveness?

Be confronting my girl for not replying to messages when she's clearly using her phone (a repeated behavior), is this possessiveness or a legitimate complaint? (She does this to be sometimes) we've had a few confrontations over the same isssue. Should I just turn my phone off?

Am I possessive and controlling to want to know about her male co workers and fellow students? (The people she spends the most time with)

Am I acting like a bitch? How do I correct myself? She's now saying that I need attention all the time but she needs to focus on her work and study (something a man would say)
