Too much detail, loss/lack of frame. I do not know where to start. You are not leading. She is whiteanting you and undermining you and you have not drawn any boundaries. This indicates that she does not see you as a leader. There is too much wrong here. You need to completely rebuild yourself and set boundaries rather than loosing your temper. You need to create a frame and keep her in it. Do not just read and re-read this sub. Concentrate on you, your lack of leadership qualities and your bad temper. Meditate, find a direction.

The main point in this is that you are not yet leading the relationship in her eyes. She has you so pegged as her beta bucks that she does not respect you.

Not your fault, because you're only newly awakened. Changing in your own mind takes determination and discipline, but allowing her to recognize your change takes time and reinforcement.

Don't equate alpha with hotheaded, in reality they're opposites. Measured response is what alphas do.

First off, this post is a wall of shit. How can someone read this for what it is? Have you ever heard of a paragraph? Fuckin use them. They make it not only easier for everyone else to read, but also easier to edit to make sure you're conveying the message you want.

You never were an alpha. Alpha males don't have many carez. Really though, don't stress over that shit. I personally think there is far too much talk put into that shit anyway. Some guys try to mimic these alpha traits and it's not natural, so they become fuckin idiots. Don't become a fuckin idiot.

So many dudes come here thinking of MRP as a specific tactic. Become alpha, ditch the beta, swat shit tests, OYS and reap the rewards. It's not a linear process. It's very fluid. It would be nice if you could do x, y, z and suddenly become TFA. Newsflash, you'll never be TFA and that's fine.

IMO, there are 2 results that MRP aims to achieve. These are becoming a man amoung men and fixing your relationship. The latter of the 2 can only happen if you are successful with the former. By no means does it mean it will though. Regardless, when it's ran it's course, you'll be the shit and that's all that matters.

Primarily I wanted to get a clear head by putting this into writing, but also share back to the forum I've taken so much from. I'd like feedback, even though I can anticipate most of it.

Since there's exactly 0 value add to the rest of the community (even the formatting is a stream of consciousness puke), where am I supposed to send the hourly therapy bill? I think the going rate for therapists is $150/hr.

OK so if you don't follow through or show that this was just said for reaction or power struggle you have shown her you have no boundaries. This nuke is meant for situations where things are real, best delivered with papers from a law office.

Instead you can communicate to her that "you will not tolerate x and y, will not be willing to have your children grow up in a household with x and y". But you have to actually believe that before the delivery, or she will smell your bluff, because that is what it is if you don't mean it of course.
