Two of her three medical problems are defined by the company they keep - anxiety, depression, abuse, etc. She needs to sort her shit out. She could do cardio every morning, resistance training for shoulders, core, and posterior chain, get more sleep, do biofeedback, stress management, psychotherapy, meds, and a ton of other options directed by professionals. Aside from more exercise and better sleep, it isn't a DIY situation.

If you want to help her, then quit being a douchebag. Lay off the active dread. Stop showing off all the women you could be fucking. Stop emphasizing how easily you could leave her. You don't need to pledge that you'll stay with her no matter what, but you could easily stop being a prick. That should help the anxiety and vaginismus. Right now she's having sex with you because she's anxious. That makes anxiety worse. Anxiety worsens fibromyalgia and vaginismus, and the cycle continues.

This post is so bad. I don't know if you are trolling or just legitimately retarded. The post is being removed, because frankly, its a shit post. If you want to post about "my wife legit cant have sex because she is legit medical problems" then write it up properly, use some good formatting. Tell us about how you used material on the sidebar to further your own progress. We don't need a post on your almost sexual conquests and your wife's medical issues.

My wife is being treated for vaginismus. It was 'brought on' as a result of difficult recovery from hysterectomy. All the doctors and physical therapists, who are treating her and taking her concerns with care and respect, have flat out told her that there is definitely a psychological component and that she needs to get into counseling.

Have her check out the book Ending Female Pain. You may want to check out the book The Body Keeps the Score, about physical symptoms of psychological problems and give that to her as well if you think it may apply to her situation.

Buy a vibrator and some dialators, play around with each other and get each other off, put PIV on hold for awhile.

My wife suffers from vaginismus as well, except that she chooses not to suffer through the pain. That means outercourse rather than intercourses til it's fixed. Can't say we've had much success with the dialators mostly because she doesn't do it often enough. I'm still working on lifting and developing dread, getting busy, etc., so I put a pin in it till I start getting some true IOIs from younger, hotter women.

I disagree why this was deleted. It's a relevant point to discuss. How to handle OPs situation through the MRP lens.
