Life is hard, I feel you. No one hits harder than life and it can sometimes feel like everything is against you.

I know this is a kinda cheesy tough love movie reference, but it’s true, and this advice has helped me find a way forward many times.

I literally was yelling to myself in my car yesterday about exactly this. For me, it’s been much longer than a year though. Not minimizing your struggle, I definitely sympathize.

All I can say is that I’ve spent a decade now feeling like I’m living in quicksand and I’m exhausted. The more I try to get out, the harder it gets. If I lay still and do nothing instead (or simply to rest), I sink slowly.

The worst is watching my friends, colleagues, and peers all appear to be thriving, while I’m the bad luck friend who keeps suffering.

No advice here, my guy. Just letting you know you’re not alone in this.

Hope things turn for the better soon. For both of us. All of us.

I feel your pain brother. Been struggling for years and have almost given up on catching my peers or even having a comfortable life, just hoping to get my parents to the end in as much comfort as possible and then dedicating myself to changing the system that seems to drag so many of us under... hope the holy water works and you start to get some traction sooner than later...

Just an update.. ... just want to say...things seem to be improving with luck, recommend holy water... telling ya sometimes evil latches on and preys on ya... sounds lame but. ... have to say seems to help.. there is much more to this world than what we can see and sometimes I get focuses soo much on whats in front of me I disregard paying attention to the unseen.. helped to take a moment and sorta pay attention to if it felt like I was under attack.. I sorta felt like it for sure. Anyway.. just wanted to update and let others know.. if yall are feeling like your just constantly having the worst luck and everything is unraveling... you would be surprised at how quickly things can change if you can get what ever has latched on to you off. .. and soo far only thing I found that I have done that seems to help is holy water hate to reiterate but.. can't seem to express in words how strongly I would recommend it.

I don’t know what you are going through but I can tell you man, I’m in the same place emotionally, been a rough few months and I’ve had my struggles the last few years. The one thing I hold on to closest to my morals and beliefs is that I’m young and even if I mess up I have so much more to do and experience and get better at. I try my hardest and it keeps me sane. Hang in there man
