I want to ask the mods (and the other men in this sub) to create a guide to National Support Services in the side bar. I got the idea from r/legaladvice, which has a bunch of links listed in the side bar under "About this Subreddit". We could do this too but with links to things that would support men.

This is something that would have specifically helped me resolve a domestic violence issue in an appropriate way. The super brief version of the story is that I allowed my sister to live with me while she was looking for an apartment under the condition that she help out with bills. She didn't pay any bills for about 5 months and when I confronted her about it, she threatened me with a knife.

I had no idea how to deal with a situation like this, who I could call, where I could go for help. I was working from home at the time and my job requires a strong internet connection. I wanted to leave, but I was afraid I would lose my job if I couldn't find a good place. So I ended up barricading my door every night until the court date 2 months later. I'm very fortunate nothing bad happened in that time, but the situation could have been resolved more quickly if I had known how to handle it.

I think that making this place into a resource center could help thousands of men in similar situations. I will volunteer to organize everything over the next week or two, but it would be great if everyone could comment with suggestions of what to include. For example:
