There's no doubt in my mind that the above is the reason for sentencing disparities between men and women. The question is, how do we circumvent it?

Simply informing people about the issue is unlikely to ever result in change. America, at least, has been aware of the racial sentencing gap for the longest time and yet no progress has been made on that front.

So what can be done? The solution i have in mind is likely to put some people off, but i have been unable to think of any other viable solution.

Let me preface this by saying that i generally do not support bigger government or additional bureaucracies. I believe these things are a detriment to men's rights and society in general.

However, they are necessary for some things and i think that this issue is one of them.

Simply put. Judges need to be forced to apply equal standards. This can be accomplished by employing statisticians to scrutinize sentencing trends and presenting the judges with the data to use as a reference sheet when it comes time for sentencing.

The judge would then add to or subtract from the sentence as necessary in order make sure that equal standards are applied across the board. Any judge that doesn't make the necessary adjustments after a predetermined length of time will be subject to censure.

I'm of the same mind as Angry Harry when it comes to equality. I don't think it can ever truly be achieved. But if feminized societies are going to continue with the pretense of egalitarianism, then it's only fair to force them to put their money where their mouths are.
