These studies are designed to find discrimination against women. The careers of literally thousands of professional feminists depend on discrimination against women. Yet, it can not be demonstrated.

Women are privileged in western society. Study after study shows that they are favored in hiring and promotion. However, the feminist narrative continues to be the orthodoxy.

Sounds like how the UN measures gender equality, it only recognizes when women are underperforming not men, also they only measure equality of outcome not equality of opportunity so only the countries that use sexist laws with affirmative action have a good gender equality rating
