I seriously don't understand why this isn't standard. It's the most logical approach to this. If she was raped however, I don't think the rapist should get any say in this, nor custody.

We really need to get someone in power who can and will implement this, like foreal if I woke up tomorrow as a law maker or whatever I'd straight up push this through. This is never going to be a win/win for either, there's always gonna be sacrifices and compromises, but this is probably the best way to make it as fair is it can be.

This is a good idea. I have some questions.

Can you explain to me the case 3?
When is the W/N decision made? (before consummation, after coitus, or after finding out pregnant?)
What's your abortion window? (conception, heart beat, trimester, birth, post-birth, 18th birthday?)
What happens when one or both the partners changed their mind in the course of the pregnancy?

I repeat. You're idea is good. I just want better clarity.

I agree this would be fair, but fairness for men is not a thing. So just ban abortion completely. That way both men and women have the same post-sex reproductive choices, ie none whatsoever.

This is a brilliant idea. In case, of rape,if the offender is female then she should be forced to carry the child and take care of it ,if the offender is a male he should have no say or custody and has to pay for child support .In both cases,the offender should face harsh charges too and the victim should have a say.
