Hidden in the last paragraph as if it's of no consequence:

Guerra.... has also irked officers by going on man-hating rants

So language specifically attacking people based on their sex is the least bad thing and we're not even given an example of what she said. With the sexes reversed you can imagine this being the only thing in the story. As it is there's plenty of other stuff that no man would dare to do but this woman presumably felt entitled and completely shielded from any consequences.

Sgt. Ann Marie Guerra, 38, allegedly humiliated Detective Victor Falcon by telling him that a female love interest likely rejected him because he was lacking downstairs, according to a complaint filed with the NYPD Equal Employment Opportunity Office.

“Sgt. Guerra stated to me that if the girl didn’t call me back, it is because I had a little d–k,” he said in the complaint.

I thought mentioning sex in the workplace was forbidden, you know, sexual harassment.

Apparently the complaint has just been filed. If the past is a guide to the future she'll get a stern lecture tops.

This is typical every day female sexual abuse, most rape committed by women is based on a power dynamic. From raping little children to people under them , men rape too but they rape not for power , but for enjoyment(still horrific).

This is why it's so dangerous to have women over men like prisons, considering society doesn't even punish them

edit: for those that think I'm being to paranoid do you ever wonder why the leader of the #metoo movement raped a young boy, #metoo protects female rapist with false accusations masked by issues a small number of women face
