She got away with it too. This is from 2009 so I googled her name and she was found not guilty after the jury bought that it was an "accident". Somehow I doubt anyone would give a fuck whether a man who raped a woman did it accidentally or not (nor should they).

It sounds extremely unlikely that the dildo just accidentally penetrated him. Also, how much alcohol did the man have? If it was a lot, he couldn't even consent.

I mean, in the case of women that actually IS possible - it is entirely possible that she's wet, your hard, you're fooling around and it slips in.

But unless you're with a guy who regularly gets fisted down at the Velvet Ramrod who just came back from a session, nothing is "slipping in" that orifice.

Especially since the evidence shows the woman applied a lubricant to his anus.
