Ask the people who use the phrase "toxic masculinity" what is "non-toxic masculinity"? They'll say some version of "there's no such thing" (the worst version of this being they would lost femininity as the only positive way to be).

A much better phrase to describe how toxic it is when others force their definitions of masculinity on you is "internalized misandry". Use that.
