Consent can be withdrawn so "consent apps" or paper forms don't protect you from shit.

Want to protect yourself? Have audio recording going the whole time. First thing in the morning go to a notary public with an affidavit form and attach the transcript from your recording. Lots of programs will transcribe recordings. That notarized affidavit will be admissible in court as exculpatory evidence because it's authenticated (e.g. has an official timestamp and is clearly owned by you). And the affidavit will show that at no point in time was consent verbally removed AND it can be used to blow holes in the minor mistakes of the narrative presented by any accuser.
