24yo professional male working in a great job interstate as of May. Found a flat share with a 30yo overseas traveller trying to gain permanent residency here in Aus. She's been incredibly difficult to live with, she doesn't clean after herself, doesn't put her dishes way, leaves her clothes on the line for days to a week at a time. Hogs the bathroom, and everything that's supposed to be 50/50, which is how the owner set it, is instead 70/30 her way.

I spoke to the owner, he told me to move her stuff, I did, she realized the next day and went off and told the owner and lied through her teeth. Then we tried sorting it out, I explained I don't want to clean after her as I don't have time as I'm barely home which she even admitted and screamed at me infront of the owner saying I shouldn't clean after her and to leave it.

I simply wanted things 50/50 at least for food storage, I don't need much space in the bathroom. Basically the owner realized I wasn't lying when she carried on.

But this is where it went 180. She realized she made a fool of herself and threatened to leave by saying "I can't live like this, he's abusive and this isn't fair, I can't manage with him."

In everything I hold dear in this world I've never raised my voice in the slightest or done anything in foul taste. I grew up with domestic abuse and could never ever mimic that behaviour, it's fucking disgusting and to be accused of it makes me so angry and upset.

She then started to cry saying "I'm all by myself, I have no support, I have nothing here please get rid of him".

15 mins later I get told I need to go ASAP.

I can't fucking believe this.

On a Sunday before work I need to find somewhere to go during fucking covid which means there's little to nothing on the market. 2 weeks ago some douche reversed into my car and that's at the smash repairs, so I have no way to even leave without paying for it. I've taken over 30photos which shows how filthy and dirty she's been which she couldn't counter or argue. I know it's not a lot compared to a lot of other men who are fucked over by their wives and more, but I can't believe the utter bullshit she's fed the owner who just went against actually facts.

She said I slam drawers in the bathroom... I don't have any, they are all hers.

She said I was on the phone at 8:21am this morning, I showed my call logs and proved I wasn't.

How the fuck do I manage with this injustice?
