Study finds that "manuscripts written by women as solo authors or coauthored by women were treated even more favorably by referees and editors" yet gets reported with the heading "no gender bias". Gender bias against men doesn't seem to count as gender bias!

Dismissing the charge brought under the Domestic Violence Act against the man, the judge stated:“I mean, if we have reached a stage in our society where a man is deemed to have breached a safety order by sending a birthday card"

Following a petition, Winchester University cancelled a talk with two men's rights activists in 2019. Here is the text of one of the talks (by William Collins) that were planned. It covers education, suffrage and coverture. It's disappointing that such views can't be expressed in such a forum.

95% of strip searches of children reported in England & Wales are of boys. This may or may not be an issue but I found it interesting that it was considered unfair that black children were more likely to be strip-searched but this huge gender disparity was barely mentioned in lots of media coverage.

Joe Biden says he will revert the ruling if he wins. Most men outside are actually voting for him.

Didn't he just get randomly accused of sexual assault by some nobody female like 4 months ago? Accused by a female who was the size of a whale. I hoped that the experience of a false accusation, would make him realize how bs this thing was. But I guess he only got a taste and not the full dose, using his political power to steering the media away from that whole idea.

Yes. Her name was Tara Reade. She was not very believable, because her story just keeps changing. The funny thing about it, is that the #MeToo crowd who was all #BelieveHer are now supporting Biden. But they don't want to talk about Reade, because then they would have to admit that false accusations exist.

"Title IX had not been conceived with the resolution of sexual complaint cases on its radar, and many observers saw the DCL exploitation of it as illegal. But it went down well with feminist groups like the American Association of University Women (AAUW), who were delighted to see “a preponderance of the evidence,” i.e. a 50.1 per cent likelihood of guilt, replace “beyond a reasonable doubt (95 per cent certainty),” the standard in criminal court. The procedures outlined in Dear Colleague made it very difficult for an accused individual to defend himself: he could not see or present evidence, have a lawyer represent him, or confront his accuser, all routine rights in any real court."

I absolutely hate Betsy DeVos. I think she's an elitist snob who truly has no inkling of how non wealthy people live. But I applaud this decision. I guess even elitist snobs have good ideas every once in a while.
