I decided to look up Karen Attiah on Twitter/X as she has made some interesting comments on the situation in Israel and one of her most recent ones is this one.

Nigeria asked the United States for weapons after Boko Haram was going on mass slaughter campaigns and kidnapping girls.
The US hesitated — the Leahy law was invoked because of the Nigerian military’s record of abuses against civilians.
I guess this does not apply to Israel.

She highlights that girls were kidnapped but leaves it a mystery who was getting slaughtered.
