Boundary issues

It is an issue. I've had this experience before at a bar when there were a lot of people there , the male bathroom was taking too long , but I had to be pee badly after beers , so I went to the female bathroom , when I got out , the women gave me weird looks , and I'm like you did the same thing too before me when you went to the male bathroom , but when I do it as a "man" its suddenly wrong??

YOU are in the correct bathroom. It is reasonable to complain to the bar management about it, though they will likely brush you off, and depending on how adamantly you present your complaint, you might be asked to leave and/or even banned from the establishment.

Documenting this for you will be tricky too - conclusive photographs taken with your phone of those women in the men's room are potentially likely to get you into more trouble than the women will get into for using the wrong bathroom.

I am not aware of any legal statutes about this, but you might look into that for your area and see if anything can be done from that perspective. Remember that the trans movement may have impacted (either positively or negatively from your perspective) the existence of such statutes.

A bar may likely start to listen if cops show up and threaten them with a citation.

Also, you are absolutely correct, if this were reversed, and you used the women's restroom and a woman complained, not only would she be tken at face value and believed without any sort of "proof" other than her word, but you would almost surely be immediately banned from the bar. You would likely be beaten up by any bouncers as they threw you out, and probably arrested (and beaten up by the cops the bar called as part of it). You'd likely be cited and fined if not charged with some sort of sex crime with the potential for winding up on a sex offender's list.

Yeah, I get it, it's really uncomfortable to see a guy in the women's bathroom too. I kept trying to bring it up but the places prefer comfort of trans people (and people who just abuse the thing by going in while identifying as he/they when biologically male or she/they when biologically female) over safety and comfort of men and women. I don't have a problem with trans people, but shouldn't there be a bathroom for them specifically so that men and women aren't really uncomfortable with public restrooms?

These things are even more uncomfortable to deal with when it comes to locker rooms, public showers, changing rooms, etc.

Women are also dealing with this (Trans women) but the woke crowd is against them. I think the new reality is going to be non gendered bathrooms to the detriment of so many people who want privacy or worry about abuse
