I hate how premature ejaculation is a joke and source of shame and how women mock men (and men counterproductively mock themselves) about it.
The cure for refractory period (which doesn't cure PE, but doesn't make it a problem) is literally Cabergoline, but not only it's expensive, it isn't even tailored for that, to the point you have to take care not have heart problems on the dosage. That's why I'm not irresponsibly recommeding any medicine here, even though I got my post deleted by a r/menslib mod because of that. Yeah, it was because of that for sure, not at all because I was defending a cause that benefits men in any way shape or form that doesn't include women.
And why isn't that solution refined? BECAUSE PEOPLE DON'T CARE ABOUT MEN, even though it could improve sex lives for both sexes and make men less nervous on having to hold their pleasure to please girls. Instead, society prefers to accept those tacky propaganda about gels that make you last longer, or force men to endure disciplinary Kegels, or enforce a stupid piss competition on who lasts longer in bed.
Why does it feel so unlovable being a man? You have to pledge for even a crumble of civility while women are catered as the only humans who deserve to detach from nature; it's dehumanizing. Cure for periods and childbirth? Sure, we'll work on that. Cure for refractory period that actually already exists? "WELL ACTUALLY WOM-". And don't get me started on priorities, most world governments have enough leverage and resources to invest on research about both sexes equally, no matter how worse childbirth can be. "Equality" or even "equity" and "priority" are antitheical concepts.
I fucking hate this shit world. Living among those idiots is HELL, living among "people" who just idly accept those atrocities in judgement and ignorance is hell. I took it upon myself to develop a refined version of Cabergoline tailored for men in my lifetime, and more.

Your post definitely gave me something to think about. One issue not discussed enough (because it's more of a personal matter and understandably has the potential to be embarrassing to talk about) is how dependent men are on sexual satisfaction from someone else (and hence how they need to pander to others to meet this) because of the short refractory period from when they "do their business" alone. This can't be easily denied when there is so much interest from men in how to "last longer" or make their experience more pleasurable with sex toys.
Like baldness you can only wonder why this is simply accepted as a problem men have to make do with while it would be an issue of contention for women if it were the same way.
IMO there would be a real interest if there was such a drug that could lessen these effects. After all the male birth control pill was once seen as ridiculous fiction by everyone but trials for similar products have now gone out after such items have been approved for sale.

Cabergoline ELIMINATES refractory period. It exists, there is a way, it's not a yet-to-do thing, but no one cares to better the formula. It's faced as an unexpected side effect, nothing more.
Another thing is prostate orgasms and how dependent on women's approval men are. Accepting to use the prostate to end the "female orgasms are so much better than males" myth once and for all could definitely make a lot of people who suffer from orgasm envy (yes, it's real. It's enraging, and more so when women feel this karmic belief to claim that their orgasms are better for childbirth and periods, that is, leveling the game on FLAWS, which are actually being solved on their side; their gloatiness is ridiculous sometimes. Do they care about the fact men have to literally torture themselves with Kegels and holding on when they are supposed to have fun just to not be shamed and end it up quickly? No, they don't, not even some men do, and that's when the self-harming piss contests begin.
And again, it goes on to prove how INHUMANE, and I'm not exaggerating, life as a man is in today's civilization. Even though sex is a always a hot topic and important part of people's lives, none of them care enough to untether such myths and explore sexual potential... except with women, because they are apparently the victims with orgasm gaps and mystical, elusive bodies that deserve all the attention in the world. It really feels like women are the human ones, and men are left to handle their own issues like hungry savages hunting over pussy and eternally learning how to not behave, with no return whatsoever. What do I have to do to feel loved?

I agree. One of the drawbacks to alternatives to women that some men suggest (and which they obviously don't want to talk too much of because there's a real stigma around this) is how those toys and dolls leave you fatigued and exhaust you in between when the refractory period is returning. If men could have more continuous orgasms it would be a step in many men feeling confident that they wouldn't have to rely on women at all to get their needs met. And maybe as a result they would feel less pressure to pander to women because they would be able to think without their judgement getting clouded and overpowered by urges for the opposite sex (which is a big motivator for men to continue to pander to women no matter what).
I've also heard that because of things like "death grip syndrome" it is recommended that men that have a higher libido use toys to lessen overstimulation, ironically enough.

No, more just because simply it seems too good to be true and I'm skeptical of such claims.
One of the first links I saw was this https://alphanow.com/cabergoline/, which mentioned the variety of side effects and how people that are allergic to certain funguses shouldn't use the product.
It does seem to be effective in reducing prolactin and higher levels of prolactin seem to be inhibits orgasms but I still have my doubts. I would have to do more research but the possible side effects seem slightly concerning IMO.

There is no use being skeptical when, until some time ago, stopping periods was also deemed impossible. Why is it that women's nature can be stopped but not men's?
There are people who recommended Cabergoline and presented no side effects unless the dosage was very careful and the interval from uses were of at least a month.

I'm not stopping you or discouraging you from taking it as improved medicine with cabergoline as an ingredient becomes available but I'd be skeptical myself of taking products with cabergoline specifically when there are multiple side effects involved and talk of how "Do not take cabergoline if you are allergic to medicines derived from the fungus Ergot.You should talk to your doctor about all the other drugs you’re taking to avoid any possible dangerous interactions."
What was the maximum safe dosage recommended before harmful side effects became more likely?

But the fact you haven't seen it doesn't mean it's not real. Jokes tone down the subject instead of making people think and do their homework, this is axiomatic because you don't joke to provoke reflection whatsoever, and most of the time it's to divert from it for a quick laugh and relaxation. Joking about problems FOR THE JOKE would be acceptable if all people knew how to separate jokes from the real deal, which simply isn't the case.
