Reminder, Justin Trudeau is a feminist and openly calls his policies "feminist policies." So it's no surprise male victims aren't recognized.

This is the government website for Ontario. This is the section on domestic violence. Note how it specifically downplays male victims, and only has help available for women.

I have custody of my daughter, and not the best in choosing relationships. Once I had to leave with my daughter, police drove us to town. I called local shelter, and they said it was only for abused women. They wouldn't help us. They said my daughter could stay because she was 12, but I had to go. Screw that and I left. I'm not worth the help because of my body parts, and my daughter suffers for it as well. These shelters should not be funded unless unisex.

Biden is the author of the Violence Against Women Act. He is also the spearhead for the Dear Colleague Letter than led to the college Kangaroo courts.

in my city of about 175,000, we had three or for shelters for women, one for both genders, and one for men.

The one for men was closed about a year ago so it could be converted into low-income housing for people dealing with homelessness. A bunch of low-income people moved in and a few months later were evicted and the building has been sitting empty ever since.
