Ok so I just recently stumbled upon this. Apparently ex-couples can lay out and follow their own Child Custody/Support arrangements out of court or try to get it approved by a judge. Is it possible to get a fiancee to sign both of these before a child is born and get it approved by a judge so in the event of divorce they hold up years later? I know Family Court Judges are the biggest shills ever in Western countries but if these agreements are signed with each party having legal representation it may look better to them.
