This is exactly that you would expect, given that the African studies were extremely dodgy from the start.

Not double blind studies
Conducted by people who were passionate advocates of circumcision for religious reasons.
Did not make any allowance for the fact you cannot have sex for 1-2 months post circumcision.
High dropout rates from the study.
Contradicted by epidemiological data.

BTW circumcision does not prevent fapping either. This was the original motivation for introducing it into the US (other than Jews who had a tradition of circumcision).

I swear this pushing circumcision in african country's REEKS of the biblical story of Jacob conning the city of Shechem to get circumcised.
