This is always a concern. The best you can hope for is to find a pocket of at least marginal sensibility in order to either find someone with whom to have children, or a chance for adoption, as well as a social system that doesn't automatically ostracize and exhibit prejudice against him due to his genitals.
Some of those places exist, but they're becoming fewer and more diluted over time. Blame the internet, but shielding from that would be impossible. The best option is to avoid having children, let the birthrate further plummet until people either come to their senses and the current gyno-centrism dies off, or (much further in the future) we simply cease to exist as a race because of insurmountable sexism.
In our lifetimes, however, it's probably better to just refrain from children (joy that they really are), and focus on improving ourselves and other men. I'd say other women, too, but they frankly do not need our help; the system is already impossibly tilted toward helping women and children (especially of color), that men simply need to help themselves and give up the idea that the world otherwise survivable.
