I have been trying to find my son and been paying support since DNA was confirmed in 2005. He was removed from home approx. 2 years ago due to his mother's abuse. He was placed into foster care w/o my consent or knowledge. I have been active in my son's life shortly after I found him almost 2 years ago and been campaigning for custody since.

To the point - I just found out yesterday that his 1/2 sister of 4 years will be returning back into their mother's home because she is ''making progress''. This woman should be prosecuted based on the police and CPS reports I have read. I have fully complied with everything the courts and CPS has required me to do. I am beside myself. I am stable, married for over 12 years, own a house, etc.. He was supposed to start trial home visits but has been reluctant. He has said he wants to stay w/ his sister in foster care to protect her so that meant not living with me. How much weight does the family court give his decision? Why on earth are they returning an abused child back to the abuser? Why ?!?
