Sounds like a gay man took a pic of an adult in public and posted it so other people can ogle at the image.

Step 1: Stop being creeped out.

Step 2: Tell her that you don't mind because you're strong enough emotionally to not be bothered by it.

If she presses you on the issue, just say that people are people, and we all wank to swimsuit models, male or female, hunky types, etc. all the time. We're using pictures taken of people with their consent, in a way they don't consent to; e.g. when you jack it to a picture of some actress who might be dressed or standing provocatively, but otherwise is not intending to create a pornographic work so people can masturbate to it.

Nudes are a different thing altogether, because if you consent to take those nudes you're participating in a culture where such things get shared among other people. By taking nude shots you're effectively crossing into that type of culture and then by getting pissy you're saying that the cultural rules don't apply to you. its like going to a nudist colony and trying to hide your genitals, and then getting upset if someone snuck a peek at some inopportune moment where you fumbled.

Take pictures of a person in public and share without their consent; perfectly legal. Take pictures of a model who is naked but strategically covering themselves with their consent; people then jack off to it. Perfectly legal even though the picture was used in a way the model would find disgusting or be offended by.

Take pictures of someone nude with their consent but share them without their consent. When do we need consent to share pictures of others? Only in this circumstance, despite the fact that once you consent to a picture being taken, the person who has the picture has ownership of said picture.

You'd have a legitimate reason to be creeped out if someone had snuck into the tanning bed to snap your junk and post it all over.

If you were in a public venue, then anyone can take your picture. You can't legally stop them. It may be seen as inappropriate or creepy, but it's perfectly legal.
