I don't see the point of having separate women-only sports leagues.

I don’t care what anyone wants to identify as or how they feel, but everyone has a biological sex and legal sex. What someone feels or claims doesn’t change this. Sports leagues, restrooms, etc are based on sex, not identification. It’s not discriminatory to treat people according to the sex they actually are.

A few years ago, a number of boys swept the girl’s New England track meet. A lawyer on behalf of the actual girls filed a suit with the office of civil rights arguing that allowing males to participate in female athletics was a violation of title ix protections for females. The OCR agreed. This equal ruling has however basically been over ridden by executive order pandering to wokeness.

As a male, I can’t get out of selective service by simply claiming I identify as female, same with affirmative action, women owned business advantages, VAWA , etc. I don’t see why athletic participation should be an except.

But their win should have a asterisk next to it.
