MRAs are starting to make a mess of it in the comments section by getting into the victim blaming v's victim facilitation argument/quagmire instead of sticking to the easy targets.

Just an FYI: numerous studies have shown that images that invoke revulsion tend to turn the viewer against the message that accompanies them. The conscious mind gets the point, but the unconscious mind just gets angry at the messenger who caused the feeling of revulsion. This is why PETA has switched from pictures of baby animals with chemical burns, to half-naked starlets fellating fruit and veg.

As a male survivor of rape at the hands of a woman in the context of an abusive relationship, I feel the need to say a few things here. First off conventional definitions of rape are utterly rape apologist. The moment you deny men being forcibly enveloped as a form of rape, you are engaging in rape apologetics. Secondly when we actually seek the numbers on envelopment based rape, as the NIPSVS demonstrates and when you ask about it in surveys on battered men, you soon discover that female rapists are quite commonplace - we just pretend they don't exist for the same reasons that women were relegated to the kitchen and bedroom for centuries. Thirdly, the blanket approach of "don't be that guy" are the height of victim blaming as they arbitrarily regard every single male rape victim as a perpetual rapist when his rapist is female.

As for false rape accusations, as a survivor, I despise them because they just make things that much harder for genuine victims.

Finally in terms of accountability for unsafe behaviour; it and perpetrator culpability in no way negate one another. For example, if hypothetically speaking, I walk down a dark alley of a dangerous neighbourhood and get murdered, while my murderer is entirely culpable for my murder; my choice to walk down that dark alley made me vulnerable to that murderer's actions.

The same holds true with reckless behaviour with rape. We talk about empowering victims, yet surely the best way to do that is to encourage survivors to recognise that they have the power to moderate their own behaviour and recognise what is unsafe behaviour and in doing so, gain personal power in protecting themselves. Provided that the culpability of the rapist is never denied, that can only be a good thing.

At the end of the day, feminists need to decide whether they want equality, or they want female infantalisation and in turn, continued female paternalisation.
