Could be factor for an employer, that never employ attractive women or employ the ugliest ones.

This is not gender discrimination.What if all employers that are obliged by gender quotas to employ the ugliest fat women.

Can confirm. The last meeting I was at there was a young woman in her early twenties, very breasty with a low cut shirt and a short skirt in which there was an ass that wouldn't stop. To this day I can't remember what that meeting was about.

because the girl teases and flirts and their young brains fixate. that the advantage of getting older....that crap doesnt happen anymore

The research shows men who spend even a few minutes in the company of an attractive woman perform less well in tests designed to measure brain function than those who chat to someone they do not find attractive.

Researchers who carried out the study, published in the Journal of Experimental and Social Psychology, think the reason may be that men use up so much of their brain function or 'cognitive resources' trying to impress beautiful women, they have little left for other tasks.

The findings have implications for the performance of men who flirt with women in the workplace, or even exam results in mixed-sex schools.

Women, however, were not affected by chatting to a handsome man.

This may be simply because men are programmed by evolution to think more about mating opportunities.

I'm not sure I buy into the explanation given, but this is probably true.

The issue in schools is that boys are graded worse for the same work, they are punished more harshly than girls for the same offense, and they are often punished for offenses by girls. School is a hostile place for boys, and except near high school the hormones have not yet kicked in, so I don't see this as a potential explanation except possibly in HS and college.
