There aren't any unless you want to misrepresent reality in some way. It would be like asking for counter arguments against black rights in the Jim Crowe era.

You're asking a bunch of mens rights advocates to come up with reasons why men's rights is a bad thing? Why not just create a burner account and go to r / feminism?

That said, best counter argument I can think of is most of these "mens" issues are societal issues that we look at in gendered ways and those gendered lenses fragment society based on immutable characteristics, in the same sense we shouldn't care about womens rights, gay rights, black rights, ect and instead look at things in a completely broad sense. These identity based approaches also can create problems for other demographics, and preventing from finding broad based solutions to problems.

A good example of this is any double standard you can find. Domestic violence, similar rates, disproportionate treatment. Schools bring in feminism, girls start to do better, boys fall behind.

A group advocating for men's rights are as liable to be focused on just how these issues affect men and overcorrect the other way, leaving other groups behind.

"women have it worse though/what about (insert historical event)?"

I would say that is their strongest one since history does show that women got the vote last (ish) at least in the US and that early feminism was at least trying to appear like it was for equality (well when they weren't shaming men not in a world war, or when they were bombing buildings)

The problem is the counter argument is that men don’t deserve equal rights. that argument is morally wrong.

However, it can be argued that having specific measures to address issues for groups of people is not a good idea because it is better to focus on people as individuals.

If we focus on protecting everyone’s rights, then there is no need to have a men’s rights category (or a women’s rights category etc)

The rebuttal to that is protecting everyone’s rights requires a practical method that works and we know that people’s human rights get violated based on the group they belong to, so protecting everyone’s rights requires considering how different groups are affected.

The most common counter argument I've seen addresses an apparent lack of need. "Men don't need attention for Thier problems, they have all the power anyway". This is based on a purely post modern, intersectional viewpoint. As men are the "oppressor" group, they have all social authority and power according to post modern theory. They aren't a victimuzed class, so they can't be granted victim status. This generalization is then applied to the specifc in each instance. The argument against this is that the specific wins over the general. Even if men in general have more social authority (arguable these days if that is true, or if men have equal authority anymore. We focus on platforming "victims" and only listen to those on the "bottom" so we deplatfrom those who appear to be on top) that doesn't mean there aren't important specific places where men are treated poorly by society, and that those places need to he addressed.

My main personal critique of both men's right move t and feminism is unnecessarily subdividing the problem into groups and dealing with it individually. We have a sexism problem. We treat people poorly based on gender/sex in our society. It's getting better, but it is a universal problem we all face in different ways. To only focus on the one side of the problem alienates the other side and you face pushback instead of creating allies who face a different side of the same problem. The current counter to this is that there isn't a strong voice advocating for any of the problems that disproportionately negitivly affect men, so we need a strong voice in those areas making people aware of the issues.
