My former spouse and her husband refuse to stay at home. He doesn't have to go to work but does. He doesn't have to take his son with him, but does. She doesn't have to let neighborhood kids in the house, but does. She doesn't have to go out to dinner, but does. In our state all of this is discouraged and #stayhome is the instruction from county and state officials. None of this would matter EXCEPT our two children live in her home 1/2 the time and I'm in two high risk groups for CoV19 complications. The child support I pay is guaranteed by life insurance and she utterly hates me, so there's no argument I can make that will persuade her to modify her or her husband's behavior.

I'm forced now to choose between not seeing my children during my parenting time, or legitimately risking my life to do so. The Court's are closed, but even if they were open I wouldn't expect them to deal with this issue in-time or compassionately.

Absolutely a no-win situation no matter what I do. Divorce can be deadly in the absence of a global pandemic for some men. In this situation its guaranteed to take lives, mine may very well be among them.
