2% of rape accusations are false

Eugene Kanin established a baseline of 41% quite some time ago and he posited that the actual number was much greater due to the insane leeway women get to just back out of a completely bullshit allegation.... the woman has to seriously fuck up in order for it to be classified as a false rape accusation... and Kanin STILL had a 41% result.
