My ex wife accused me of sexually assaulting our daughter. I didn't and wasn't charged after and investigation. It was the opening portions of a divorce. 5 years later she has been allowed to move to NJ and I still have very restrictive visitation. Any ideas.

I have battled depression my entire life. I have been very honest about this in court, likely a mistake, but I believed in the system and it would work out best for our daughter. I don't think it has. Anyway. Didn't know if any of you folks had experience with such topics. Kind of at wits end.
