It's wrong though. We don't have a simmilar rate of eating disorderds. That's just a myth some really bad scientist are peddeling saying shit like "it's just underdiagnosed" just like how autism is allegedly underdiagnosed in women. There is just no evidence for it, but it's a nicer story so that's what gets repeated.

Eating disorders have root in an extreme concern and anxiety about how other people precieve you. Women are more concerned in how they are precieved, the peronality trait known as agreeableness.

This post has been removed because the title does not say enough about its subject. This forces people to click and read before they can decide whether they are interested. It also makes searching impossible.

If everyone did this, the subreddit would become unusable.
