Well there's no-one else in sight, in this crowded, lonely night - When I wait so long for my love vibration, I'm dancing with myself - I've looked all over the world, and there's every type of girl - But your empty eyes seem to pass me by, and I'm dancing with myself - So let's sink another drink, 'cause it'll give me time to think - If I had the chance, I'd ask the world to dance, but I'm dancing with myself - Well, there's nothing to lose and there's nothing to prove and I'm dancing with myself. Billy Idol (1982)

A big deal is made out of the sexual harassment of women by men. But, despite being disadvantaged and handicapped in today's society, men still have to make the approaches, pay for drinks, etc, for the 'privilege' of getting to know someone better. And, unless outrageously rich or handsome, their eyes aren't going to light up immediately when they scan your barcode. Nothing is made of the other side of the coin, the hurt and rejection that women can dispense when they are innocently approached by men in the game of life. Asking for a dance, say. Just seeing if they're in with a chance. It's got to be done. Maybe it's time that the term 'incel' lost its convenient anti-social connotations and was recognised as a phase which most men have been through in their search. You've just got to embrace it and pretend that you don't care. There's no legal protections for the counter-side of 'sexual harassment.'
