My ex won't stop calling DHS and the police. She tells them that I have been molesting my daughter. Everytime they go through a huge investigation and I can't see my daughter. They drop all the charges then no more then two months later she does it again. She also withholds my visits saying I'm abusive. I filed another show cause case. We went into court and got the same judge we had gotten prior. He granted a continuance to her, she is claiming that my attorney should be removed due to conflict of interest. Before we left court that day he noticed she was withholding visits again. He then told her that if we come back in December and she has been withholding and didn't have a court order or something from DHS backing her up then she is going to jail. Her response is to call DHS and claim I was molesting my daughter. DHS did a thorough investigation and determined that the accusations are unfounded again. How do I stop this from happening? It is getting old. I have to deal with DHS and the police to much. She violates the decree all the time and uses the police and DHS to harass me. I was told that she can do that as much as she wants if she feels it is a valid concern then there is nothing I can do. I'm filing for a modification and we have court for contempt. Even if that all goes in my favor she will continue this. Any suggestions? I live in the state of Iowa.
