"statutory rape

noun U.S. Law .

sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of consent, which age varies in different states."

"World English Dictionary statutory rape

— n (in the US) the criminal offence of having sexual intercourse with a girl who has not reached the age of consent"

Looked up rape because I remembered a while back rape was labeled as a man raping a woman. Versus a person raping someone. Noticed it referenced statutory rape under it and noticed the definition.

So a male who is too young for sex, who is raped, that act is not considered statutory rape?

EDIT: I've been searching for that old post about Dictionary.com's definition of rape because someone posted them sending a letter (or emailing) to Dictionary.com and asking them to change it. Anyone have it saved or able to dig it up? I want to email them and see if they are willing to change it.
